Just over the last couple of days we will get a match in LIMs, then 20 minutes later it will prompt us to pull those same items out of the Bins and return them. Is anyone else having this problem?

What are you referring to you when mentioning ‘LIMs’, would this be on a specific organizational dashboard?
If so, I would check with your team to see who the owner of that dashboard is.
If it’s something more general about QuickSight, please provide some additional information for us to assist further!

It sounds like you are referring to a dashboard that is setup internally within your organization. I would suggest reaching out to the owner of the dashboard to assist with this more in depth as we would not have access to this for assisting further.
