Always visible drill down buttons?

When I am interacting with a visual with a date drill down (on a dashboard, not in an analysis), after I have used a drill down, the 3 drill down buttons show up in this context menu (tooltip menu?) - see red box in visual.

Is there a way to have this showing all the time, even before clicking on a data point?

I have end users of these dashboards and they always get confused about how to drill down, and this disappearing context menu also confuses them - I think this would be a great UX enhancement.
