Hello,
I am Divyateja from india, i was facing challenges while trying to create an dashboard and team shift handovers etc.. using amazon quicksite app.

So far everything went good i was able to create desired dashboard but when iam trying to make more changes it is giving me an error stating {You’re using agent hours too quickly. Please try again later.} please let me know if you have faced similar challenges and how to tackle them

The error you are seeing is a rate-limiting message related to your account’s agent hours quota. Here’s what’s happening:

Amazon Quick allocates a set number of agent hours per user based on your subscription tier:

  • Professional subscribers: Included hours for Flows and Research

  • Enterprise subscribers: 4 hours for Automate test/validate and Flows + 4 hours for Research (8 hours total)

These hours are consumed when you use AI-powered features like Quick Automate, Quick Flows, and Quick Research.

I believe the reason you are seeing this error is because You’ve consumed your included agent hours too quickly within the billing period. The system rate-limits usage to prevent overages.

How to resolve:

  1. Wait and try again later: Your agent hours will reset based on your billing cycle.

  2. Check with your admin: They can review your account’s usage and may be able to enable additional usage.

  3. Upgrade your tier: If you’re on Professional, upgrading to Enterprise gives you more included hours. Here is the pricing page: Amazon Quick pricing

So the solution is simple , i have asked my manager to provide me an upgraded access to quicksight {he said he just need to fill a form },once i received the full access i have not faced the same issue again.
