Bar graph: labelling a single max value

Hi there! I have a vertical bar graph plotted. I would like to show the value of the maximum bar above this maximum bar without having to add a reference line that spans across the whole visual.

Is there any way of indicating only this one value above a bar on a bar graph?

This is currently not possible. We can show all data labels or none.
