Unfortunately, butterfly charts (also sometimes called tornado charts) are not available in Quicksight. I can mark this as a feature request.
There are work arounds suggested in the linked community topic, but I’m not sure how useful they are. I would suggest using a combo bar chart with two bars for each of your measure fields.
