Chat Not Responding

Context that I have a chat with Quick that has context about the business performance - Difficult to quantify but it a long single thread - Now, quick has stopped responding in that chat window - Is this a known issue - Do you know how I can address this without creating a new thread where I will lose context

hi - welcome to the community. have you tried to create a new chat and see how it performs vs using the same one? how long is long here? when did you first create this thread?

we don’t have a stated limits on context size for a single chat outside of limits like number of files you can upload.

did you get a response events section from chat? i’m not able to see that from the screenshot.

Im having the same issue, just not getting any response. I get the 3 dots like its about to respond and nothing happens aftewards, I’ve tried multiple conversations, and even uninstalled/installed the Amazon Quick program but same thing happens.

Hope everything is well! Just wanted to check if you both are still continually facing the same issues despite joshdemu’s suggestions. If so, I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they may be able to see if there is indeed an issue such as context sizing. Any follow up within the next 3 business days would be greatly appreciated!
