I’d be more than happy to work through this with you but as there are a couple questions within this, it may be easier to work through if you could upload your dashboard to the Quick Sight Arena so that I have the option to edit alongside.
To get started though, check out this document on adding filters. This will help you create the 2 dropdowns for your table that are desired.
