Custom Permission - how to allow a super user(author) to create/delete analysis/dashboard for testing but not to touch specific analysis/dashboards

Hi,
The super user in Prod can be given Viewer access to the dashboard, with the Save-as option selected.
This way they can create their own copy of the analysis directly from the dashboard and work with that.
