Does row-level security apply to the new QuickSight Q feature?

I am interested in using the QuickSight Q feature, but have row-level-security set up on the dashboard. Does QuickSight Q work on widgets that contain row-level-security?

Hi Bhasi,

Yes. Q honors RLS in the responses it generates. The type ahead suggestions on the other hand are not restricted by RLS. So, the dimension columns have to be explicitly allowed for use with Q at both dataset and Q topic levels by the author. Please refer the following workshop page for more details.
