My analysis has multiple filters and when I refresh the data even just slightly in those fields (not new values just flipping a few values) those filters frequently (not always) break showing dot dot dot. My resolution is to delete them and add them back, but that seems like something I should be able to get around.
Have you tried to refresh / reset them?

As I understand, filter has 1000 limit to show the data with scroll bar and about the 1000 data filter show the search criteria
you can increase your filter widths.
