Error: Failed to list agents

Whenever I try to use Amazon Quick Suite extensiion I get an error: failed to list agents.

Did anyone manage to solve this before?

Could you include some additional context to your situation? Where are you receiving this message?
Which extension are you trying to setup?
Are you the admin for your account? If not, this may be a permissions issue
