Hi, since 3 days I cannot use Quick agents in browser extension, everytime I can see only “Error loading agents” and “Failed to load agents: No valid credentials.”. I’ve tried to clear cache, cookies, different browsers (Mozilla, Chrome, IE) and nothing. All agents are working in web app, but not in extension. Is there any chance to fix it?

My thoughts on this would be that if the agents are working properly in the web app but not your extension, there may be an issue with the established connection to your extension. Have you checked on the connection to see if it’s still valid?
Hi, issue is resolved, somehow region in extension was changed to Ireland instead of N. Virginia. All my agents were created for Virginia, and in effect system could not find it.
