Exclude last checkbox issue in Relative Date Filter

If I pin the Relative Date filter on top and select exclude last checkbox, I couldn’t able to unselect it until I enter any value there. Only after adding the value I can able to unselect it.
Once I entered the value then I can able uncheck and check n number of times without entering any value there.
