Filters show "DEFAULT_ERROR_CODE" in dashboard

Hi There,

Can someone help me with the problem of filters showing “DEFAULT_ERROR_CODE” (see in screenshot) when opening up the dashboard?

Some users experience it when opening dashboard through share link (https://us-east-1.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/sn/accounts/764946308314/dashboards/a40e801e-d19a-49fd-a929-56ece24298a1?directory_alias=amazonbi).
But it’s fine when they go to the dashboard after routing in QuickSight (eg. open the folder first and open dashboard from folder with link being https://us-east-1.quicksight.aws.amazon.com/sn/dashboards/a40e801e-d19a-49fd-a929-56ece24298a1)

What’s the cause of such error and how can I avoid it?

Hmmm, I would suggest opening up a support case.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
