Flow fails at authentication step fail

How can I integrate authentication step in a Quick Flow? I’m trying to automate a workflow where it can go onto Amazon A to Z and download plans of a building and save them but the flow fails at authentication even if I add a step to prompt me to login.

Hi @Maxlec,

Welcome to the Quick Community! Could you send a screenshot or share details of your authentication step and what error message the Flow is raising back to you? This will help to better understand why this might not be working.

Thank you!

Hi @Maxlec,

I believe the reason the Flow is pausing during authentication because although it can run through the steps to login, the user would not be able to access it anyways since the AI is running the operation via a different cookie session.

I would recommend either trying to see if you can run, for example, a Python script for login process and file scraping, or find a way to use a third-party MCP server that can connect Amazon A-Z operations.

Let me know if this helps!

Hey Luis, I appreciate you looking into this. Unfortunately, I am not savvy when it comes to python or anything like that. Do you know of anyone that could help set that up?

Thank you!

Hi @Maxlec,

That is totally understandable. If you want to go the script route, I’m sure using the Quick Chat Agent you can definitely provide the user inputs needed for it to make a Python script for you.

I cannot guarantee if either of my suggestions will work since they are not native to Quick, so please let me know if this helps progress your Flow. If not, I would recommend reaching out to AWS Support by creating a support ticket, as they might be able to assist you better in your use case.

Thank you!
