Hello, I am trying to build a filter/ parameter which looks at a column in my dataset (date and time) and produces the previous day, but on a Monday produces Friday, Saturday and Sunday data

Hello, client has asked me to add a filter on a datset which looks at a column and produces the previous day, however on a Monday produces Friday, Saturday, and Sundays data. Any help or guidance on this would be much appreciated.
