Hello @isingla, this functionality should definitely be possible in Quick Sight! Is there any data in that CSV that is sensitive? If not, you can insert it as a dataset in the Quick Sight Arena and build an introductory version of the chart that we can work from together.
That would allow me to test some options directly in Quick Sight to find a solution that works for you. With some custom parameters, and calculated fields, we should be able to manage your expectations.
