I have a user with BI Reader License and I want him to only see the dashboard that I shared with him not other menu items like:
Search
My Stuff
Stories
Shared folder
Is in possible to hide or remove those items from menu?

I don’t think you can control the menu as that is part of the product features. One of the things you may do is to share the URL related to the dashboard.
But frankly once the user’s get used to the interface this is not a big deal.
