How do I determine if I have publishing rights using the AmazonBI account?

When I check my profile I do not see this information.

Hi @QS-chev,

If you’re a QS Admin, you can click the person icon in upper right, select ‘Manage Quicksight’, then select ‘Manager Users’ to see each users role.

If you’re an Author, you can check whether you can publish a dashboard by selecting the share icon in the upper right and see if ‘Publish Dashboard’ is an option. As an author, you’ll have the ability to publish any dashboard that you create, but you won’t be able to republish another shared dashboard.

If you’re a Reader, you can only browse and filter Dashboards.

Your Admin does have the ability to create custom permissions which could limit your permissions as an author. You might want to check with them to see if they’ve created these.
