How to Disable File Attachment in QuickSight Schedules?

Hi Community,

I want to disable the file attachment option in QuickSight Schedules.
Is this possible?? If yes are there any steps and level of access required to to achieve this.

Hi @mhmd : if you are owner or co-owner, you can update the schedule and send the report as an attachment. See the below screen.

@Sanjeeb2022 my question was to disable the file attachment option across the users.
There shouldn’t be any option to sent out data via email.

Hi @mhmd : I believe you can not do that as it is QuickSight is a SaaS product and configuration is managed by AWS only. By saying that, lets listen from experts

In the past the email just included the screenshot of the sheet by default and you had the option to add the PDF. It looks like that was changed. You need to select either PDF or CSV now.

Thanks @David_Wong . You are correct, at present the email is moved to schedule option and some enhancement happened.

Let’s wait for feedback from others as well.
