Please help me how to achieve this dynamic report name change from environment to environment.

Hi @Max @Sanjeeb2022 @Biswajit_1993 any one help me on this

if it is an embedded dashboard, the report title can pass from parent application as parameter to the dashboard Using parameters in titles and descriptions in Amazon QuickSight - Amazon QuickSight

If it its Not embedded and the environment are sitting in different AWS account, you can use dynamic default parameter to setup different parameter value in different AWS account. for instance, Dev account is using a Dev dataset with a column indicates “Dev”. And use this parameter for visual titile

Hi @royyung ,
Here my task is if we promote the dashboard into higher environments then the report title is automatically changed to environment name based on the account like below. In my case if dataset is not having the column which indicates the environment, is there any other possible way.
If the dashboard is in Dev then the report title like below

If the dashboard is in Test then the report title like below

similar way for preprod and prod

Hi @Rajeshkommi, besides using SQL/Custom code – I’m out of ideas. Sorry, currently this is not possible but I’m marking this for feature request. At AWS, their roadmap is primarily driven by customers. Your feedback helps them build a better service. I have tagged this as a feature request. More features are being added on a regular basis, so please keep an eye on the What’s New / Blog . You can set up a Watching Alert by clicking on the bell icon.

You could look to opening up a case with AWS and see if they can provide a solution.

Here are the steps to open a support case . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
