How to overlay a calculated date field on a background image in Quick Sight?

I created the cover page of my Quick Sight dashboard in PowerPoint, saved it as an image, and uploaded it into Quick Sight as the background for my Home page. I would like to overlay my calculated date field on this image so that the cover page dynamically shows the report page. Power BI lets me overlay fields, buttons, shapes etc on images.

The calculated date field itself works fine, but the background image doesn’t seem to allow me to append or overlay the date field on top of it.

Has anyone been able to achieve this, and if so, what is the best way to display dynamic field (like a date) on top of a background image in Quick Sight?

Have you tried using free-form layout? It allows you to place a visual on top of an image. You can see an example in this demo:
