How to see query Q used at backend for the asked question?
Is there any guidance on how to ask questions?
If we add more datasets to topic (As a separate dataset but different topic), will it make use of the context around the two different datasets. Meaning let us say we have dimension table and then fact table added as two different datasets for 1 topic. Can users ask question on both datasets combined in this topic, even though Q might not know which field to use for joining?

First of all Welcome to the QuickSight community.
As far as checking the query fired by Q is concern, you may need to check the backend database log to see what query is being fired. out of box in Quick sight is not available.
Regarding your other query, i have not tried myself but i think it may or may not use two dataset. The best would be to join the fact and dimension table during dataset creation and then create a topic on the top of that dataset. This will ensure using both the table as per the context and ended up having just one dataset.
