Inactive user after multiple errors login in

Today an user tried to log in multiple times with an incorrect password, after multiple tries the user became inactive for certain time, looking in the QuickSight documentation, Couldn’t find anything related to this issue

How many attempts an user can try before the user became inactive ?

How much time is needed to the user can login again ?

Can you pls explain your use case pls? why would a user try to login in multiple times with incorrect password?

Also have you tried to delete the user and re add them?

The user doesn´t remember his password

Yes, eventually I delete the user and create a new one
