I’ve created a Space on Amazon Quick (amazonbi), i’ve been trying to add people to the Space, but everytime the people i’m trying to add, get an error. I even created a permissions group and still no luck

Regarding the authentication error when adding people to the Space, this typically happens when the users haven’t been provisioned in the QuickSight account amazonbi yet. Even if they’re added to a Space or permissions group, they’ll receive an auth error until they’re registered as users in QuickSight itself.
If you have admin access to the console, could you please check whether these users are provisioned under Manage QuickSight → Manage Users? If they’re not listed there, they’ll need to be invited/added first before they can access any shared Spaces.
If you don’t have admin access, it might be worth reaching out to your QuickSight admin to get this sorted out.

I’d kindly suggest reaching out to your AWS account admin or Quick Suite admin, who would be in the best position to help with these permissions.
If you’re unsure who your QuickSight admin is, please check with your manager they should be able to point you in the right direction.
