I’m getting an add-in error for Microsoft Word Quick: “Add-in error - you don’t have permission to use this add-in. Contact your system administrator to request access.”
What is the fix?

My first thought is the connector needs to be shared with your user. It might also be a problem with the way the connector was set up on the Microsoft side. Are you able to view the connector in the actual connectors tab? I added a screenshot so you can see what I am talking about. If so, does it let you sign in or show you as signed in? I added a screenshot for that as well.
