Missing "Actions" Option When Building Agent

I think this is an error or maybe an access issue but has anyone else tried to link an action when building an agent (I’m looking for Phone Tool specifically) but there are none to choose from? My understanding is that normally there are a list of options you can pick, including Phone Tool.

Before you can link an action to an agent, you’ll need to add the action to your Amazon Quick environment through the Integrations settings. You can find detailed setup instructions here:
