Please note that the community is a public facing forum more than a support ticket/error log so we would need a bit more information to try and assist further. Is this something to do with the Quick Desktop?
Here are some potential steps I would suggest taking, then creating a support ticket to assist further with this matter:
Fully close and reopen Amazon Quick.

  1. Confirm Quick Desktop is updated to the newest version.
  2. Check whether the crash happens:
    • Only when opening one particular agent or configuration
    • Only when opening the Agent Configuration sidebar
    • With every dashboard or agent
  3. Before reinstalling or resetting anything, export diagnostics from Settings → Customization → Troubleshooting → Export Diagnostics.
  4. Provide AWS Support with the diagnostics, application version, approximate timestamp, stack trace, and exact action that triggered the crash.
