Quick keeps throwing up "Something went wrong. Please try again later." on a 'hi'

This is my basic ‘assistant’ breaking out of character and sending me error messages today. No integrations or customization, no links to spaces nothing, just errors out to a ‘hi’ . Help

Have you tried refreshing your webpage? Sometimes whenever I run into some weird behavior when working with the chat agent, I either start a new chat or refresh my webpage and that seems to be the fix most of the time. If that doesn’t work, then I would recommend submitting a support ticket and the support team will be able to further investigate the cause of this issue. I am getting the same error. When I copy the error, this is what it gives me. {

ok fixed, browser/comp restart didnt help. I toggled between diff selections of fast, smart, advanced, and it started working. Bizarre.
