Issue: My Quick Space has reached its SharePoint knowledge base sync capacity limit, preventing new documents from syncing.
Ask: Who is the right team/admin to request an index capacity increase for a Quick Space? What’s the process to get a larger sync limit granted?
Hi @zililiq
Welcome to the Quick community!
The index capacity for a Quick Space is managed at the organizational level. Your organization’s Quick Suite administrator should have visibility into the index capacity settings and may be able to adjust them directly, or can guide you on the appropriate escalation path.
As this is a public community forum, we don’t have access to private account details and are unable to assist directly with account-specific configurations. We’d recommend reaching out to your AWS account administrator, Quick Suite / Quick Web admin, or internal IT team, they’ll be in the best position to review and adjust the sync capacity for your Space.
If your admin is unable to raise the limit on their end, they can file a service limit increase request through the AWS Console. Here are the steps to open a support case.
