I have a dashboard that’s been shared with a group and a schedule setup to email the group at a cadence. The dashboard has NOT been shared individually with all the people in the group though. The users in the group have shared that they haven’t received the dashboard/report.

This is pretty interesting; to my understanding, groups should operate in the same way when it comes to report sending.
I wonder if because it’s setup to send to a group, if each user needs to subscribe first. Review these two documents, one of which explains how to subscribe; to see if that fixes the issue.
In the past, I’ve also had issues where the generated report gets sent to my spam folder, have the users checked to make sure it wasn’t placed there on accident?
