Region ap-northeast-1. Visual empty-state previously showed 「データなし」/「ビジュアルのデータが見つかりません」but now shows “No data to display” / “Data may be filtered out”. Affects both QuickSight Console (language=日本語) and embedded dashboards (locale: ja-JP). All other UI text remains Japanese.
