Receiving Region Authentication error while embedding Q search bar

On embedding Q onto my application (Embedded Analytics), I am receiving the following error:

Value ‘arn:aws:iam:us-east-1:012442947779:topic/jLmyL7Y2WM44UbOG6CLe9Aso2QURltR7’ at ‘userArn’ failed to satisfy constraint: Region (‘US East (N. Virginia) (us-east-1)’) of the specified resource is not supported

But the region matches with the region specified in my dashboard, and Q URL

If so, can you tell me what step this fails on.
