if I understand correctly, there are 4 groups of users. Each group have different authority level of data. You have split the dashboard into 4 different sheets with different types of data.
The most powerful user group can see all 4sheets. Other user group can see 1sheet or 2 sheet or 3sheets.
You have created 4 different reports. The first report has all 4 sheets. And the other reports 1-3sheets
So, the question is whether this is the best approach?
Instead of duplicating dashboard, did you considered showing all 4sheets to all user group and use RLS to control the data they can see? that will help to save operation effort.
Another option is, you may create 4 dashboards, each of them has one sheet only. You may add a URL in visual “Text box”, user can click on it and redirect to another dashboard
The benefit is to reduce the number of duplicated dashboard to reduce maintenance effort. Meanwhile trying to maintain the same user experiences
