Scheduling email reports with custom control filters

Hello,

Is there a provision to schedule reports to be sent over email by using custom control filters? Each user would be applying different control filters for department names, and we need to send the reports to respective departments via email. Currently, I am not able to find such an option. Can you please help me understand if it’s already available, or if it’s not there, can you please add this feature?

Hi,

While it is currently not possible to schedule email reports by using custom control filters, you could use Row Level Security to achieve a similar outcome. In this case Each user would be assigned their department name as a Row Level filter to which the email would be restricted to when sent.
