Scheduling report with RLS rule dataset

Hi Team,

I’ve created a scheduled report designed to send customized data to different recipients. I have a user list that includes station manager logins and their associated stations. The goal is for each station manager to receive only the report data from their assigned station.

However, I’m encountering an error: “Access denied by row level security (Users: 852).” Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Li_Yang ,

Have you checked whether the users mentioned in the list can view the dashboards in Quick itself (not as a report schedule)?
