I’ve been using Amazon Quick as my primary productivity tool — multi-turn conversations on Smart mode, loading skill modules, file reads, running searches — essentially 2–3 hours of normal focused work. Yesterday I hit a hard session rate limit (“You’ve hit your session limit. More usage available in 1h 57m”) that completely locked me out of the app for ~2 hours across all conversations. The only remediation offered was an “Upgrade” link that returned “Access denied,” and when I asked Quick for diagnostics or logs, none exist. There’s no documentation on what this limit is, what counts against it, or how to monitor usage. The only advice Quick could give me was “stop sending messages and wait.” Has anyone else run into this, and is there a way to request a higher allocation or get visibility into the rate limit thresholds?

This is a fairly standard as you are not the first person to mention they have reached their session rate limit. However, like you mentioned, there is no documentation that provides clarity into how the usage is compiled/measured.
In regards to monitoring usage, there is a summary page that lists different aspects of your usage; which can be found in the ‘Manage Account’ section and then at the far bottom of the left hand menu, select ‘Quick Usage Metrics’. This does not include information about limits or how close you are currently to that limit.
For a higher allocation, I would suggest reaching out internally within your organization as you’ll need an account admin to assist further with that request.
