The response i am getting from chat agent is very slow. I have to reload it 4 to 5 times in order to get a response. Is the issue related to my laptop being slow? Or is there anything else I can do in order to make the chat agent to respond faster.

I don’t see any service issues in the region. I’m also using us-east-1 and not seeing any latency problems.
Any chance the browser is complaining that the page has stopped? The next thing I would try in the web developer tools and see if the network tab shows where the latency is coming from.

In general, I would expect the latency for everything except the chat responses to be less than 1 second. For chat responses you should see them within 10 seconds for simple queries. You can ask a simple question like: when was the last update to your data?
If the latency for the question above takes more than 10 seconds and everything else is less than 1 then we can narrow down the troubleshooting to AQS.
Thanks for the update @logalber . Strangely enough the browser extension version’s response is faster. I am facing latency issue mostly in web version. Yes the Google chrome and fire fox browser complain that that the page has stopped loading. To address this I have to refresh the browser multiple times and this is consuming lot of time.
