Unable to access my Amazon Quick Plus account using Sign in with Apple

Hello Amazon Quick Community,

I need help restoring access to my existing Amazon Quick Plus account.

My account was created using Sign in with Apple and is associated with:

Apple/iCloud email: xxx

I have confirmed that Amazon Web Services is listed under Sign in with Apple in my Apple Account settings.

I can also access my Amazon Quick account through an existing session and have confirmed that this is the correct paid account:

  • Plan: Amazon Quick Plus
  • Payment method: xxx
  • Billing history: Paid invoices are visible
  • Account ID: xxx

However, when I try to sign in again using Sign in with Apple, the authentication does not complete and I receive a session/server error.

I have tested this on:

  • Safari on Mac
  • Google Chrome on Mac
  • Safari on iPhone

The same problem occurs on all devices.

I also have another Amazon Quick account using a similar Gmail address, and Google Sign-in takes me to that other account. I believe the two accounts are separate, and I do not want to access or migrate to the Gmail account.

I have already cleared the browser cookies and tested third-party cookie settings, but the issue remains.

I need assistance restoring the Sign in with Apple authentication/link to my existing Amazon Quick Plus account.

Please do not create a new account or remove my existing Apple association, as I need to retain my current Plus subscription, billing history, and account data.

I can provide screenshots of my account, billing history, and Apple Sign in settings if required.

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Rayan_Ajzaji and welcome to the Quick Community!
One quick note to add; as the Community is a public facing forum, please refrain from including personal account information like account ID’s or payment information (I removed first so that information did not become public).

In regards to your issue, I’ll tag this as an error to try and bring attention to this but if possible, I would suggest creating a support ticket to get direct assistance from AWS.

Hi @Rayan_Ajzaji,

Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. I wanted to see if the guidance shared earlier helped resolve your question, or if you found a solution in the meantime.

If you still have any additional questions related to your initial post, feel free to share them. Otherwise, any update you’re able to provide within the next 3 business days would be helpful for the community.

Thank you.
