I am trying to rollout Amazon Quick across our organization, but the users are unable to access the desktop extention. How to proceed ?

The extension access and configuration as listed on the documentation page Setting up Amazon Quick on desktop for enterprise deployments - Amazon Quick is a one time setup that Quick admin will have to do initially.
Once done, the users should be able to login to Quick Desktop using your org SSO.
