I received this message: Flows are not enabled in your account. Contact your administrator to enable them. Where can I find out who is the administrator of my account?

As this is a public user forum and I do not have access to your environment, I unfortunately cannot help you find out who your admin is. In some cases, if you have access to account settings or user management sections, you might see administrator contact information there. However, this typically requires certain permissions.
My only recommendation would be for you to reach out internally within your organization and see if someone can point you in the right direction. I acknowledge it is not an easy workaround but there is not much we can do in this situation.
Once you connect with your admin, they should be able to enable Flows for you quickly. Feel free to come back if you have questions once that’s set up!
