White blank screen for the my app in the Quick Sight

I am facing issue with one of my app which i created through quicksight. When ever Im trying to access it, it is showing white blank screen. Once i click on the edit option the the preview of the app is there but im not able to give any prompt. I tried using different browsers too. Please help me out with this

I understand the app is showing a blank screen while the edit/preview mode works fine, and that you’ve already tried multiple browsers. Since the app renders correctly in edit/preview mode, this is likely a publishing state issue rather than a browser-specific problem. As a first step, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the app, or try accessing it in an Incognito/Private window. If the issue persists, I’d recommend re-publishing the app from the edit mode without making any changes, as this refreshes the published state.
