Access Issue- asks for email address instead of Amazonbi page

Hello, I am unable to access to quicksight dashboard to see my performance. It keeps asking me to enter email address and doesn’t accept my my email.

Can you please check with the AWS IAM/Quick Sight admin on how to access Quick Sight? If SSO is configured, you will need to connect through the SSO portal, where you won’t need to enter your email.
