Hi @Sabiha - Does the error show when you try to create the new user account? If yes, the IAM role associated with your account doesn’t allow you to create Quicksight users. You can check the examples here .
Hi @Sabiha - @eperts is right, the user who is creating the Quick Sight account do not have adequate privilege. Add the user to the Quick Sight admin group so that by default it will get the create permission or else you have to assign the permission explicitly.
