Access problem

I am trying to give access to an email, but this is the message they get.
What can be done here…

Hi @Sabiha - Does the error show when you try to create the new user account? If yes, the IAM role associated with your account doesn’t allow you to create Quicksight users. You can check the examples here .


Hi @Sabiha - @eperts is right, the user who is creating the QuickSight account do not have adequate privilege. Add the user to the QuickSight admin group so that by default it will get the create permission or else you have to assign the permission explicitly.
