Adding Custom Text in Value Field - PIVOT Visual

Hi Team, I’m using Pivot table & trying to add NA in value fields where it gives zero or blank or null but Quicksight is giving count of records by default and not allowing to show NA in the value field.Can someone suggest on better way to add ‘NA’ text.

Thanks for your question. is there a measure in the visualization? If so, you can click the options for that visual > format > more formatting options >Null values >custom.

Thank you for your response. Custom null values is working for dimension fields but the value fields are giving the count(Null/NA).
