My customer is starting with QuickSight in the trial mode, they provisioned 4 users but now they want to add more users but the button to add them is not available, I was assuming that excess users are simply charged outside of the free trial but that’s not the case? Can’t they add more users while they are in trial mode?
Could you please ensure the user logged in with required permissions / QuickSight admin as mentioned in the below documentation and try inviting additional users .
Under Manager QuickSight – Manage Users – Invite Users options should be avaialble.
