Dear Community - I am trying to connect Amazon QuickSuite to Asana; what i want to achieve is to upload various project reports (with different extensions, layout, data), provide a prompt to QuickSuite to fetch only specific set of data (such as project name, project type, go live date, project team, project manager name, RAG status, path to green, short description, ROI, actions needed by Payroll) and based on this, create separate projects on Asana under dedicated portfolio OR override existing project information on Asana with new project details (such as, overriding of go live date, RAG status, etc.). I have tried to use Flows, but Asana authentication does not finish/occur. Please advise how to best resolve this problem. Thank you!
Hi @chortasz
Welcome to the Quick Suite community!
From the documentation Asana integration - Amazon Quick, this might relate to permissions. Did you include the proper OAuth scopes during setup.
If not, it could be how Asana organizes assets by user the connection might only access owned items, not contributed ones.
I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
