why the data set is not allowed to refresh multiple times, It has some limitations for 32 times in a day so how we can make the dashboard real time using spice it self
If you are using Standard edition, the limit for full refreshes is 8 times per 24 hour period (see Amazon QuickSight endpoints and quotas - AWS General Reference) For the Enterprise edition, it is limited to 32 times per day. Probably, if you create a lot of ingestions within a short time frame you would need to wait for the limit to “reset”. Incremental refreshes can be set to refresh every 15 minutes (without using the api). You should consider using the latter if you want close to realtime data in your dataset.
