API gives no error but the analysis is not created correctly

Hello,

I am using the API to create an analyisis in my account.
I create the json file from an analysis that I have in my aconut with 7 different reports…
I had some error when I was trying to create the analysis for some visuals. Mainly it was saying that some filter was applied single dataset but should have been “ALl_dataset”.

I firstly tried to fix that errors by changing the json code but it did not work. in fact, even thought I do not have any error, thus I menage to create the analysis, this is what I see:

I tried also to remove the visuals and the filters that weregiving problem from the analysis, then recreate the json file but same results…

I thought also that the error could be because in that report I am using 2 different datasets (connected by a drill down action)…so I removed one of the data sets and nothing changed…

No errors but the analysis does not work…

If I remove completly that report, everything works fine…

do you have any idea on what is the error that is not showing?

Hmm this might be something that AWS will need to take a look at.

Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
