Hi!
I have connected QuickSight to a large database (PostgreSQL) using direct query and created a dashboard. Due to the significant size of the data, each refresh of the dashboard consumes a considerable amount of time. Typically, I filter the data based on a specific ID after it has finished loading. Is there a way to enable users of the dashboard to apply filters directly before the data is loaded? I am aware that filtering can be done in the data prep stage, but I would like to provide the dashboard users with the ability to filter as well.
Thank you!
